Return Policy
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your past order details, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. A customer service representative will reply with additional details to help complete your return, but additional information is provided below to aid in the efficient and timely processing of the return.
Please pack the unused and unsterilized instrument in its original packaging to the address below:

Once received, all items will be evaluated for credit under the following terms and conditions:
- To be eligible for credit, items must be unused, unsterilized, undamaged, and not bearing any custom engraving or product modifications.
- Full credit will be offered for items meeting these conditions and returned within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Items not meeting this criteria may be evaluated for acceptance or rejection of credit depending on the nature of the item returned.
- If it has been more than 30 days, please contact us to return the item.
- Please note that single-use sterile instruments and biologics are not eligible for returns.
Refunds may be processed once the item has been returned and evaluated. It may take up to 10 days to be available in your account depending on your bank’s policies.
Warranty
Stephens Instruments products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, Stephens Instruments may repair the product without charge or replace the item at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper cleaning and care, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
